thursday cardio

awesome run this morning! 4 miles total, in 44 minutes.

first mile, slow intervals...1 min 3.8, 2 mins 7.0

second mile, steady state...6.7

third mile, fast intervals....1 min 3.8, 1 min 8.0

fourth mile, steady state...6.0

nice!

  2. thanks! I've gotten so used to doing intervals (mostly really short ones), that I'm SUPER bored by steady state. I really want to run that half marathon though, so I need to find a way to get my groove back. this was an experiment, but it really felt like an awesome workout and it kept me motivated for short bursts. I'm going to try to do this once a week
