thursday workout

Weight workout today. It was a good, but tough, circuit.
I have a hard time with an EZ bar behind my neck, so I did the leg work holding 20 lb DBs in each hand.

Supersets:
Bench Press 4x10 (bar, 85, 85, 85)
Step ups 4x10 (each leg) (20lb DB each hand)

T-Bar Row 4x10
Bulgarian Split Squats 4x10 (each leg) (20 lb DB each hand)

Barbell Overhead Press 4x10 (bar)
Pole squats 4x10 (each leg) (no weights)
