wednesday fun

Morning cardio:
I ran sprints at a track near my house this morning- it was fun!
ran 1 lap in 2:20 for warm up
then sprinted the straightaways and walked the curves, it was about 18 seconds sprint, 1 minute walk for recovery. I finished 10 sprints and had to hurry home. overall workout time: 19 minutes

afternoon Kettlebell fun:
circuit of swings, upright row and KB squat 3x10 sets of each. no rest.

then rest 5 minutes and I did it again. I wasnt really sure what I was going to do, I just really felt like moving. feeling good overall. really strong in arms today, but tired in shoulders/neck. that's probably from the bike ride yesterday
