I probably should have rested between sets, but here's what I did:
Supersets:
4x10
DB Shoulder Press (22.5, 20, 17.5, 15) (this was HARD)
DB Chest Press (25, 25, 22.5, 20)
Lat Pull
3x15 (80)
4 minutes of Pullups/Negative Pullups/Flexed Arm Hang
intense!
