saturday rainy kettlebell workout

I told my hubby today is my half birthday and i wanted a 12 kg kettlebell (25 pounder) as my present and so off we went! I love it! I started with a 9 kg (20 pounder) and it was feeling too light for swings lately.

I'm a bit sore all over from the past 2 days of lifting so I just did a light workout:

5 minutes turkish get up practice with the 12kg

3x20 swings 12 kg

2x 10 presses 12kg

then practiced cleans and snatches with the 9kg

my 2 year old got a one pound dumbbell and calls it his kettlebell and he swings it next to me while I'm working out. it's damn cute.
