new 12 week challenge!

Today we started our new 12 week session with the trainer! The focus will be strength gains the first 2 weeks, and then start losing lots of fat.

I'll be doing my beginning measurements on Wednesday, but my goals are generally as follows:

Weight: drop 8 pounds (ending will be somewhere around 138)
Waist: drop 2 inches
Running: Run 2 miles in 18 minutes by the end! Aim for 1 mile in 830!

Todays workout:

Leg press 12x90, 10x135, 8x180, 6x225, 12x180
Seated calf raise 12x45, 10x55, 8x65, 6x75, 12x65
Squats 12xbar, 10x65, 8x85, 6x95, 12x85
Standing calf raise 12x85, 10x105, 8x125, 6x145, 12x125
