monday kettlebells

I was going to do sprints in the gym today but I forgot my shoes. so more kettlebells it was! i hid in the aerobics room and did kettlebells in my barefeet! it was awesome!

I was trying to mix it up a bit today.

3 circuits of this with double 20 pounders
farmers walk
forward lunges

swings with 20 pounders
1x45
2x25

snatches with 15 pounders
3x10
