I did my first 'New rules of weight lifting for women' workout today. It felt a little bit too light towards the end, so I added the stage 4 body weight matrix for myself as a test. Now THAT was a workout! I needed a little extra something since I'd taken 2 days off this week because I was feeling sick and puny.
Report: day 1 was good overall. workout was 22 mins total. and nice and sweaty!
