p90x day three

so on p90x day three, I skipped my p90x workout. oops. I completely overslept this morning. set alarm for 530, but woke up at 715. My body was super exhausted from the past few days of workouts.

So I adjusted my plan, and did a quick Kettlebell workout before breakfast instead.

200 swings. 10 sets of 20 with 20 seconds rest in between sets. (thanks for the idea Julie!)
40 jump lunges to wrap it up.

total time 9:45

Nice and quick and sweaty!
