tough bodyweight workout today! good thing this was slated for today because i didn't find time to get to the gym, so i did this workout in the living room tonight around 8. this meant that some of my pushups were weighted by a 25 pound toddler. ouch.
do 4 times:
50 deep squats
10 pull ups (I had to use a band to do this)
10 bicep curls - 17.5 pounds
Then
do 4 times:
25 thrusters
10 push ups
10 bench dips
