tuesday awesome
I rocked the kettlebell practice today!
10 mins TGU practice.
18 mins of KB swings, fast. very little rest between sets. I used the 20 pound and 25 pound only. did some one handed and some two handed because my calluses were getting bad.
3x5 snatches each side with 20 pound.
felt great!
