this week

I've been super busy with work and have forgotten to blog my workouts this week


Monday:

Weights

legpress 4x20
20 pushups


squats 4x20
smith machine squats 4x20

bench press 4x20
low row 4x20

1 min hill runs in between


Wednesday:
bootcamp circuit, can't remember all details, but it was 2 circuits of some of this

20 steups each leg
1 minute jumping jacks
KB squats x20
plie KB squats x 20
1 min jump squats
1 minute butt kickers
1-legged stiff legged dead lift x20 each leg (with KB)
