tuesday short cardio

quick cardio workout today- might need to squeeze in another later on. i forgot my socks!

pullups to failure (approx 25 total, in 5 sets)

KB swings, sets of 20 with 10 second rest in between- 10 mins, approx 300 swings

5 mins incline walk @ 10%, 3.5 mph
