wed cardio treadmill fun

fun treadmill circuit today:

5 minutes ladder:

1@4.5

1@6.5
1@7.5

Plyo circuit at end of treadmill: (3 rounds)
30 sec squats
30 sec fast feet
30 sec step up (each leg)
30 sec push ups

5 mins hills hike:
5@12 percent @ 3.0 mph

Plyo circuit x 2

5 mins of sprints
20 sec @ 7.7-8.0
40 second recovery between each
