wednesday

I sort of did a new rules of lifting workout today, but I modified part of it.

stage 3, workout B, round 1:
barbell romanian deadlift with bentover row 3x6 @95

wide grip lat pull 3x6 @ 90
single leg squats 3x6 @ BW

incline bench 3x6 @85
assisted pullups 3x6@55
