db shoulder press (17.5, 15, 15)
bench dips

5 min treadmill uphill walk @ 4mph @15%

tues- 30 min uphill treadmill walk

thursday- treadmill walk

fri- rest
saturday-sick
sunday -30 min treadmill @15 percent

rough week--was very sick.
