Monday:
Push workout 4x10, minimal rest
leg press (180)
bench press (105, 110, 105, 95)
squat (135, 135, 115, 95)
shoulder press (45, 45, 55,50)

10 mins uphill walking


and then i stopped remembering to blog. and then i got sick.

and now I'm better
