friday fun!

great workout to recover in middle of our crazy black friday busy work day.

5 Sprint intervals : 1 min@ 9.0, 1 min recovery

3x Superset, no rest:
Bench Press 3x20 (85, 75, 75)
Lat Pull 3x20 (90, 80, 70)

Assisted Pullups
3x5 (55)

KB farmers walk 2 minutes (2x20 lbs)

Upright rows 2x20 (20 lbs KB)

2x superset, no rest:
BW squats 2x50
Jump Lunges 2x20 each leg

Sprint intervals, round 2:
4x 20 seconds 10 mph, 10 second rest
