tabata wednesday

tabata day! 20 second sprint, 10 seconds rest, 8 sets each exercise. totally sweaty day.

body squats

pushups

alternating lunges

overhead press (10 pounds, then 8 pounds)

uphill run on treadmill (10% incline, 6 mph)

elliptical
