tuesday sprints

I met shelley at the gym this morning for super awesome sprints! we rocked it! we each set up 2 treadmills side by side to get the fastest workout.

20 times - 20 second sprint, 40 seconds recovery . i did most of my sprints at 10.0 mph, and some all the way up to 11.5 mph! go me!
