high row (50) immediately into

walking lunges (17.5 each)
I did this, felt pretty good. then went to visit my sister in the gym. her "total body conditioning class' was just beginning and she talked me into joining.
So I did 55 minutes of a total body class (bands, steps, jumps, squats, pushups, dumbbells, body bars, etc) all at a very fast pace.
And today- i am SORE.
