I took a week long trip to a funeral and to visit family and worked out only a wee bit all week. I'm starting to go stir crazy! I did manage a few workouts last week:
Monday: hotel workout-circuit of 100 pushups. 100 squats and 200 jumping jacks
Wed: dumbbell workout with 20 lb dbs:
4x10 hammer curls
4x10 tricep press
4x15 chest press
4x15 dead lift
4x15 bent over flyes
2x15 squats
Thurs: pretty much a repeat of wed
Friday: improved a kettle bell workout with 20 lb db- 300 one handed swings & 50 dead lifts
Saturday: repeat of Friday
