tuesday short cardio
traveled back from maryland today all morning with the toddler. was pretty wiped out, but managed to sneak in a quick kettlebell workout last night.
200 one handed swings- 20 pounds
100 2 handed swings- 25 pounds
40 snatches- 20 pounds
