i missed my workout on friday so I snuck one in today, felt ok overall. i'm completely sluggish. i need more energy! babymaking is hard work.
20 minutes of this:
one handed swings in sets of 10, alternating (with 20 pound kb)
some brief 20 second rest periods
3x15 deadlifts (35 lbs)
4x10 squats (35 lbs)
2x10 hammer curls (17.5 pounds dumbbells)
all exercises were done with swings during the 'rest period'
