great leg workout today:
3x15 straight sets
single leg step up with reverse lunge
pole squats
box jumps
single leg deadlift with 15 lb kettlebell
ball pull ins
DB donkey kicks (20 lb dumbbells)
butt pumps (one leg at a time)
