Wed:
Crazy ass bodyweight workout, 30 secs of nonstop BW exercises. too much to write down. used bands, sliders, and lots of spidermans, and core work.
Thurs:
Circuit: 4x12
Squats
Pullups
walking lunges
bench press
overhead shoulder press
leg press
10 min incline walk
Friday:
timed 2 mile run- 20:48 (down 3 minutes from first try 11 weeks ago!)
