down 5 pounds in 6 weeks! hooray! I finally got below 148, I've never gotten this low before. I'm now very optimistic that I can move lower and finally get close to 140. (I think that's pretty much my final goal)
WOW! Look at you go woman! That's awesome!! We have very similar builds... though I have some #s to drop till I get as svelt as you! :) Congrats on the changes... you can DO IT!!!
