I had today off from work, so I took the opportunity to make a full day of fun workouts! I visited my favorite austin outdoor spots.
Bike:
12 miles on the veloway in south austin. beautiful ride, some small hills
Run:
3.5 miles around town lake, this took me around 40 minutes because it was HOT. It was 1 pm, and 100 degrees! But I felt strong and did some sprints at the end.
Swim:
I just cooled off in Deep Eddy pool (which is one of the best pools ever)
Super fun day!
