hectic day today. had to rush home with a sick sick baby and rush him to doctor because he was running a really high fever. Was going to do a run today on the treadmill, but instead, I just snuck in 10 mins of kettlebells in the living room. better than nothing!
200 one-armed swings in sets of 20, 25 sec rest btw sets (this took about 8 mins total)
20 cleans each side in sets of 5
nice and quick!
