monday workout fun!

awesome leg workout today!

4 circuits of supersets, with intense sprint at the end of each circuit. whoa. it was hardcore. 30 mins from start to finish.

4x15 squats (barbell)
4x15 leg press (90, 90, 90, 90)
4x15 leg extension (65, 65, 65, 45)
1 minute sprint uphill, 8.0 incline @ 7.o mph
