Did some living room upper body weights this morning:
Supersets
4x15 DB Flyes (15 pounds)
4x15 Pushups
4x25 Chest press (15 each hand)
4x10 Bench Dips ( i felt very weak on these for some reason)
4x15 Upright row
4x15 Overhead press
4 mins of Turkish get ups with 20 pound KB (i am so lopsided on these!)
