I'm back!

the beach took me away for a few days. it was a nice break from the gym. I did some sprints, cruised on my beach cruiser a lot, tried to surf, and worked with my kettlebell a bit. fun times!

yesterday I was sick so I took the day off from workouts. I'm feeling better today so I just did a good kettlebell workout.

I'm trying to follow the ETK minimum program and doing 12 minutes of swings twice a week, with 30 seconds interval rests. Its intense! I can really feel the strength gains in my core and glutes already, so it's worth it!
