monday living room workout

We're taking off for the beach today, so I had to sneak in my weight workout in the living room. Awesome goodness. I love KB swings for my legs, they are so intense. And I love my new vibram five fingers!

Warm Up: 20 squats
KB Swings: 8 mins, with 30 sec rest periods after each minutes

DB supersets:
Overhead Press 4x10 (15 lbs)
Hammer curls 4x10 (15 lbs)

Upright row 4x10 (15 lbs)
Bench Dips 4x20 (with 25 pound toddler on lap- holy crap.)

DB Flys 4x10 (15 lbs)
Chest Press 4x10 (15 lbs)
