I decided to bust out a quick intense KB workout tonight while watching Chicken Little with the kiddo. It helped my attitude immensely!
I did 3 sets of 3 supersets with the 25 lb KB:
1. KB Swings x20 , Pushups x 20
2. KB upright rows x 20 , Front Squats x 20
3. Kb lunges x 10, KB presses x 10
Then I practiced some windmills for a few minutes and finished up with 1 minute of mountain climbers.
