weird week

missed workout on friday. sigh. and thursday too. this made me extra cranky.

saturday- great bike ride at the beach with hubby. so fun! then i did a circuit of squats, pushups and situps and about 30 minutes of hula hooping. with a wine glass in hand ;)

sunday:

good weight workout + cardio

barbell bicep curls 4x10 (40, 30, 20,30)
lat pull 4x10 (80, 90, 90, 100)
tricep cable pressdowns 4x10 (50, 60, 70, 70)
barbell overhead press 4x10 (45 lb barbell)
assisted pullups 4x8
decline bench press 4x10 (90)

cardio:
1 mile run (8:30)
10 minute incline walk (12 percent incline @ 3.5)
5 minutes on stepmill
2 sprints (30 seconds @ 10 mph)

I got exhausted during the sprints and decided I needed to quit. that was a great workout to clean the beach trip out of my system. I'm all set for a great week now.

  1. 30 min. hoola hoopin'...I'm impressed! Especially if you drank the wine with out a drip.
