I'm attempting my first marathon tomorrow after training diligently for the past four months. Today my plan is to rest, relax, and read blogs. Your blog looks encrypted for someone who doesn't lift weights. I'm not sure what "stiff legged deads" are but I have felt that way after a long run. :)

ReplyDeleteweight lifting lingo becomes easy once you learn the moves. it also has really helped me with recovery after long runs- stronger legs=less soreness.
